Harvard Business ReviewCorporate Communication Handbook (2023)

In my role as project manager, I make important decisions every day. I also make progress on our quarterly goals by setting clear milestones. When we need to solve a problem, I do my research first. We do business with partners across Asia, and I do my best to maintain those relationships. Sometimes I feel that we should make more effort to innovate rather than just doing things the way we've always done them. Last quarter, I made a mistake in the budget forecast, but the team quickly recovered.
